The Home & School Association “is an adult education program for both teachers and parent(s)/guardian(s).  It is an organization that provides teachers and parent(s)/guardian(s), as well as all other members of the parish, with an opportunity to learn how to become effective teachers of the parish by bringing the home and the school together so that both can mutually share their successes and failures.”  “The objective of this association shall be the advancement of Catholic education and the welfare of all school children of this parish.” 

The Home & School Association provides many services to our school community; we serve as the bridge between the school and home.  These services would not be possible without the collection of dues from its members.  Home & school dues of $20 per family help pay for a variety of expenses, from the day-to-day unexpected costs of our school to showing appreciation to our teachers.

The day-to-day expenses for our school include but are not limited to:  copy paper, office necessities, speaker fees for home & school meetings, and refreshments for home & school meetings.  During Catholic Schools Week, the home & school association sponsors a catered lunch for our teachers and staff as a means of gratitude for all they do for our children.  These items are just a sampling of the many services that the home & school association provides to the school community. 

In addition, the home & school association sponsors events throughout the school year as a means of bringing the school community and parish community together. We have hosted the Country Fair & Silent Auction, Pancake Breakfast, and Pizza Bingo Night.  The funds raised from these events are reinvested into the school community to provide the children of St. Titus with the best that there is to offer, from security doors to the state of the art science lab. 

Dues will be collected at Back to School Night on Tuesday September 13th, or can be sent through school to Jessica Schroeck c/o Hunter grade 1.
